Adele Fangirls Over Emma Stone at the Oscars

Adele was one of the millions who tuned in to watch the Academy Awards last night and, like many Oscar viewers, the singer cheered on La La Land favorite, Emma Stone. When the star was announced as the Best Actress winner, the singer posed next to the TV during her acceptance speech—even in her nightgown—like a true fangirl.

"Ah Emma," she swooned over Stone on Instagram. But the singer also honored the (real) Best Picture winner that evening. "And Moonlight, congratulations so so wonderful ⭐️," she added.

Adele and Stone, both 28 years old, have actually befriended each other in the past. The two were seen out for dinner with another Oscar winner, Jennifer Lawrence, in November 2015. Between the three of them, they boast two Academy Awards and 15 Grammys (thanks to Adele for the latter). That is one well-decorated squad.
